Fog, rain, glare (worst at sunset & sunrise times), falling snow, dust storms and night time.
Actions to take:
- Reduce to a safe speed
- Have engines ready for immediate maneuver
- Turn on navigation lights
- Use sound signals if appropriate (horn)
- Post additional lookouts
- Navigate with extreme caution
